2Listings Are Not Exhaustive

The hospitals and doctors shown on our listing pages are drawn from our network of partner facilities and specialists. They do not represent every hospital or doctor in India that treats the relevant condition, and a hospital or doctor not appearing on our website may still be well qualified. We add and remove listings over time as our partner network changes.

3How Listings Are Compiled

We select hospitals and doctors for our listings based on factors such as accreditation (for example JCI or NABH status), area of specialisation, track record, and our own experience coordinating patient care with them. Inclusion reflects that a hospital or doctor meets our general criteria for referral, not a clinical assessment of which facility is best suited to your individual case.

• Order of appearance on a listing page does not represent a ranking of clinical quality unless the page explicitly states it is ranked and explains the ranking method.
• Being listed does not mean Nobel Medi Assistance guarantees any particular outcome, price, or level of service from that hospital or doctor.
• We do not conduct our own clinical audits of partner hospitals. We rely on published accreditation status and the hospital's own credentials.

Where ratings, review counts, testimonials or "success rate" figures appear alongside a listing, these are general indicators based on information available to us at the time of publishing, including patient feedback and figures shared by the hospital itself. They describe typical results across a hospital's or doctor's case history and are not a prediction or guarantee of the outcome you will personally experience, which depends on the specifics of your condition and treatment.

5Independent Hospitals and Doctors

Every hospital and doctor featured in our listings is an independent third party. They are not employees, agents or subsidiaries of Nobel Medi Assistance, and we do not control, supervise or direct their clinical practice. Once we introduce you, the treatment relationship, and all clinical responsibility, is between you and the treating hospital or doctor.

Before choosing a hospital or doctor, we recommend independently confirming current accreditation status, the treating doctor's specific experience with your condition, current pricing, and appointment availability, since this information can change after a listing page was last updated. Our team can help arrange this confirmation directly with the hospital as part of your enquiry.

We take reasonable care to keep listing information accurate and up to date, and pages are reviewed periodically. However, hospital accreditation, doctor availability, pricing and department offerings change over time, and we cannot guarantee that every listing reflects the most current information at every partner hospital at all times.
